Blown Insulation

  • Blown-In-Fiberglass is a great product for attics and for some sidewall situations.
  • It is excellent for R-Value and soundproofing.
  • In an attic application, it is cost-effective because of the delivery method and leaves a seamless installation.
  • Blown Fiberglass is not an air barrier.  It will not stop air leakage in an attic application.
  • Fiberglass will not react adversely to moisture and is an excellent choice in basement applications. 
  • Fiberglass is a good fit for sidewalls if the walls are empty cavities.
  • If the walls have old insulation in them, you should consider blown cellulose insulation.
