Wet Spray Cellulose

Crawlspace


  • Cellulose can also be applied with a spray formula by adding water to a special type of cellulose.
  • For commercial applications see our section on K-13 Spray Cellulose. 
  • In residential applications, we typically use spray cellulose only to insulate crawlspaces.
  • It adheres to the foundations walls and provides great R-value to cement, stone, brick or cinder block which all have poor thermal protection. 
  • Spray foam Insulation is also a good alternative to this product because the installation of wet spray cellulose can be messy and difficult.
